Office dashboard

Filter and interpret office balance, exposure, account and interest metrics.

Katrin Erb Written by Katrin Erb Updated Published

Use the dashboard to review balance, account, exposure and interest trends for the current office.

Choose the scope

  • Date range: choose a preset or custom range within the available financial data.

  • Banks and currencies: include only the relationships you want to analyse.

  • Pooled only: restrict the dashboard to configured bank-and-currency combinations. You can then select specific pools.

  • Include -ve balances: include negative balances in exposure and balance measures. It is off by default.

The dashboard filters set the scope for the summary cards and charts shown below.

Interpret the summary

  • Earnings shows cash management charges for the selected timeframe.

  • Average client balance shows the average balance in the office's reporting currency.

  • Number of accounts counts accounts represented by the selected data.

  • Balance analysis shows the balance trend over time.

  • Exposure by bank and Exposure by currency show how balances are distributed.

  • Interest breakdown compares cash management charge and client net return. Indicative values come from statement-based calculations; confirmed values come from payment entries.

If the dashboard is empty

Confirm that statements have been imported for the selected dates and that your filters are not excluding all data. Recently imported data may also need time to finish processing before the metrics appear.
