Language and timezone settings
Understand organisation defaults, office timezone overrides and personal language selection.

Language
An Organisation admin sets the organisation's default language in Organisation Settings. Flinq supports English, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Each user can open Profile and select a personal language. Leave the field on Use organisation default to inherit the organisation setting. The personal selection also controls supported notification and email translations.
Timezone
The organisation timezone is the default for every office. An administrator can set a different timezone in Office Settings. Leaving the office timezone empty makes it inherit the organisation timezone.
Dates and times in operational pages use the current office's effective timezone. Switch offices before interpreting timestamps, especially when offices operate in different regions.
Reporting currency is separate
Language and timezone do not change an office's reporting currency or imported transaction values. Reporting currency is configured separately and is used for dashboard conversions and summaries.
